What is your self care routine?

These days, it is so important to have a self care routine, even if it is a for a few minutes a day. Writing in a journal, meditating, a hot bath, these all will make a difference even though they seem like small tasks. For me, getting out in the sun and getting fresh air even if it means just sitting on the patio for a few minutes. It definitely makes a difference in my mood.
